Weekend 1-on-1 sessions for academy-track players. Two slots per cycle, micro-groups of four with the Head Coach, individual development plan included.

Every age. Every level. Every gender.
Ages 7–17, in groups
7–9 / 10–12 / 13–15 / 16–17. Skill-balanced teams formed on Day 1, after a brief assessment — not from a sign-up form. Children train with peers at their level, not behind older or stronger players.
Boys and girls
Players train and play together. Groups are skill-balanced, not gender-based. Residences and changing rooms, naturally, are separate.
Beginners through academy
First-touch beginners are welcome and protected. Academy-track players are challenged through PRO weekend slots. The placement on Day 1 puts every child in the right group.

Every day, someone goes home a star

Fourteen evenings. Fourteen Star of the Day awards. Fourteen reasons to come back tomorrow.

After dinner, we run a short ten-minute ceremony — music, lights, the whole camp in one room. One player wins the night in one of fourteen rotating categories.

On-campus medical post and protocols. Insurance documentation for every participant. Nearest hospital eight minutes by car, in Varna.

Three meals a day. Halal menu by default. Vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options on request. Allergies handled by the VIEC kitchen, not by note.

Head Coach, two Players Development Coaches, two Assistants, plus a dedicated Camp Operations and Safeguarding Officer (COSO) — single point of accountability for every family.
