UEFA-led training, every weekday, 8 academic hours a week. The 4FD method — Functional, Cognitive, Technical, Emotional — drilled into every session.
International Summer Camp in Bulgaria
VIEC Football Academy helps to start a professional football career. We create pros combining football training with game intelligence, mental resilience, leadership, communication and English.
IPDE ProCamp with UEFA certified coaches

Modern football requires more than speed, coordination and ball control. We help children to improve not only how they play, but also how they think, react, speak, cooperate and grow as individuals.

We focus on the deeper skills that make
young players more competitive —
on the pitch and in life.
From knowledge of international language to development of necessary skills of a football player, that help communicate clearly with teammates and develop the confidence to lead.
UEFA-led training, every weekday, 8 academic hours a week. The 4FD method — Functional, Cognitive, Technical, Emotional — drilled into every session.
Through lessons on strategy, psychology and meditation we teach children how to understand the game, make better decisions under pressure, stay mentally strong during matches and competitions.
Varna International Education Center, every weekday, 5 academic hours a week. Football-themed lessons. Real progress, no classroom boredom.
Talent needs direction. Technique needs intelligence. Performance starts with attitude. Football develops and unites people.
To help children understand the game VIEC Football Academy and IPDE ProCamp use the 4FD method — a structured development experience where football, education and personal growth meet:

Scanning, peripheral vision, reading space, pressure and movement.
Recognizing game patterns, advantage, risk and priorities.
Choosing under pressure: pass, dribble, shoot, move, wait or change.
Transforming the decision into functional technique under game conditions.
Each student will receive a certificate indicating completion of the two-week program.
Over the years, professionals who are now part of the PlayersLab leadership and network have trained, supported or accompanied athletes at the highest level in more than 70 famous football clubs in 28 countries in Europe and the world. These are some of the names:

We don't only train what the player does with the ball. We train what happens before the action: seeing, understanding, choosing and then performing.
center forward, coach
striker, midfielder

And many others
We do not sell shortcuts.
We build a serious, credible
direction for improvement.
And our students confirm this with their achievements.

A player's body. A player's mind. A player's English.
Every age. Every level. Every gender.
7–9 / 10–12 / 13–15 / 16–17. Skill-balanced teams formed on Day 1, after a brief assessment — not from a sign-up form. Children train with peers at their level, not behind older or stronger players.
Players train and play together. Groups are skill-balanced, not gender-based. Residences and changing rooms, naturally, are separate.
First-touch beginners are welcome and protected. Academy-track players are challenged through PRO weekend slots. The placement on Day 1 puts every child in the right group.
Fourteen evenings. Fourteen Star of the Day awards. Fourteen reasons to come back tomorrow.
After dinner, we run a short ten-minute ceremony — music, lights, the whole camp in one room. One player wins the night in one of fourteen rotating categories.

No. Lessons are levelled and adapted to each child's starting point, so beginners and advanced speakers progress in parallel. The classroom is football-themed, so motivation comes naturally — most children make a measurable jump in two weeks. The English component is included for every participant.
Welcome. Skill-balanced teams are formed on Day 1, after a brief assessment. Beginners train alongside peers at their level, not behind academy players. Our instruction is age-grouped: 7–9, 10–12, 13–15, 16–17. The IPDE ProCamp method is built to bring beginners up — not to filter them out.
Yes, equally and seriously. Girls have separate accommodation, mixed activities and ceremonies, and dedicated female coach support. Several Nordic and Western European families specifically choose us for the girls' track. When demand allows, we run dedicated girls' age groups in the morning training slot.
All IPDE ProCamp senior coaches and Players Development Coaches are UEFA-certified and English-speaking. The Head Coach for each cycle is a IPDE ProCamp senior coach with academy-level experience. Final license breakdown for each cycle is confirmed when you book.
On-site medical service operates 24/7. Travel insurance is included for every participant; full documentation is in the Welcome Pack. We require a basic medical clearance form and a copy of your child's existing health insurance before arrival. Allergy and medication information is collected at booking.
Yes. The VIEC kitchen serves a halal-friendly menu by default, with options for vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free diets. You declare your child's allergies and dietary needs at booking, and the kitchen builds the daily menu accordingly. There are no hidden fees for dietary adjustments. Nevertheless, we always have healthy options.
Most European Union, EFTA, and Western Balkans nationals do not need a visa for short stays. Turkish, Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, and certain Middle Eastern nationals will need a Bulgarian short-stay, Schengen-aligned visa. We provide an invitation letter and visa-support documents within 48 hours of your deposit.
We meet your child at Varna International Airport (VAR), accompany them to the campus, and reverse the process at the end of the cycle. Round-trip transfer is included. Times and flight details are coordinated with you in the parent dashboard before arrival.
Yes. Most parents come for the Closing Ceremony in the second weekend, which includes the Tournament Final and the awards.
You join a private parent channel for your cycle, WhatsApp or Telegram, with daily photos and a short update from the COSO. Image-rights consent is opt-in at booking.
We do not promise that, and we recommend you avoid any camp that does. What we do promise: professional methodology applied properly, an honest written coach evaluation, and — for academy-track children — an introduction to the IPDE ProCamp long-term programme as a separate pathway.
